Awful plastic junk. Unable to return, emailed multiple times and have had no response. Now having to do chargeback through credit card

2 large gorgeous trees purchased in…

2 large gorgeous trees purchased in April ‘22. One has recently snapped and having informed Artificial Eden, they promised to get back to me, they still haven’t since in 2wks. They ignore every email I send. Avoid this company. Such a shame

I ordered an artificial eucalyptus tree recently and I am so impressed with it! It's exactly what I was looking for! The quality is fantastic, service was brilliant - fast delivery and well protected / packaged. Will definitely buy again from here when the opportunity arises. Thank you! 😊
