Shocking Staff I left it with still 2 weeks sub remaining and went to ACDiamond as staff and hacks much better

This is my first ever Cheat system so I love it. Not sure if Helios can make a completely undetectable cheat system where there's a premium charge of let's say $30 a month or a bit more to those who are willing to pay for that luxury.

was hesitant on getting their service. but after some time i gave in and i don't regret it :)

I been using AA for quite a long time now. Never complained of any service. They do provide good service quick updates etc. Totally recommend them. Cheers.

Absolutely love AA, have been with them for over a year. never had a problem and if I did all I needed to do was look on the discussion boards as there is always helpful answers on them. The community helpers are awesome, but you will find out the hard way if you ask the same questions too many times you get put into a timeout Haha.

after using AA for 2 years + now I want to say, hands down this is the best provider I have ever used. quality wise of everything its above amazing. Doober and Tydus are doing an amazing job. don't believe any haters who is talking bad about AA its just because they are angry they cant be as good as AA. They are not greedy at all, prices and what u get for what u pay is way way more worth it than ur money. I love it!! and I hope it keeps going strong.

I would like to complain about the disrespect of the staff lately. They ban paying customers for complaining about the problems and for being disrespectful.
But the problem is on both sides.

AA had a spoofer detection in March 2020 and since then they've been very rude to customers and they are not refunding the days the spoofer is down.

I was kicked from the chat by staff when I asked for a refund with the following words: you used it, no refund.

I used it for 5 days in 2 months and I would have appreciate a polite reply with a message similar with "We are sorry, we can't refund you after you used the cheat. We are doing our best to kee you up to date when the spoofer is fixed."

Staff needs to go for a customer training program, they are unprofessional.

Also the status page of the cheat needs to have a link in the main menu and the spoofer status needs to be updated there.

I met AA with cod4 cheats. Till that day there is no issue at all !
Customer Service really helpfull and easy to interact with real guys not bots! If you a kind person AA team kinder than you all the time and they really solve the all problem you may have. If you dumb and nothing to know about computers they still help you.
I really enjoy that community and their product.

5+* Their manuals! Guys, literally they are write everything about their program. All possible issues answer already written before you face that issue lol. I really amazed when I search their forum.

-There is one thing I dont like about them, I have to say that guys, some cheats make invite system. I understand that why they are doing that system but If some kind of ID verificiation or facetime or something else for proving your are not the mole or bad guy , I will be appreciate. Im really old user but still not got an invite some games ^^

All in all guys, they are beyond the perfect thats all I have to say.

TLDR: Follow rules, you will be treated fair.

One thing my post and the negative reviews have in common is that we didn't follow a rule and as a result we are sharing our opinions! :)

I joined the community in March, read through all the documentation to get the tool working, and its good. I quickly became inpatient and asked for additional access. [You'll receive a swift reminder of the rules!]

Needless to stay I've stuck around and joined discord/irc to see more of the community and its not as it appears on the forums. Pretty decent VIP crew and when you follow the directions you are treated fairly.

If I had a redo, I would spend the first 7-14 days just idling in the community and reading the forums to see the nonsense that the rules prevent. I'm giving 5-star review because its access to the long standing community and a good tool.
