They were selling fake Kenzo products, we sent their product to Kenzo France to test and turned out all fake. Now they declined to refund the money, should I contact police for this.

useless. I read the terrible reviews and thought I'd stupidly chance it, big mistake. Sent me wrong item and didn't provide returns label or returns method. they just chanced getting rid off items they want rid off and taking the money. Avoid and save yourself a whole load of hassle. Shame as the sale looks good but doubtful you will receive what you actually order.

Good communication, prompt delivery.
Quality of the tshirts were a bit disappointing but at 15 quid a pop they're vfm, original price of 30 quid would have seen them sent back.

I bought a top thru well artifacts and the quality was very poor. It did not look at all like the picture and it is not true to size. They also do not have a return policy. They advertise that the apparel is made in USA and it is not. DO NOT buy from them.
