Artfinder is lame at promoting new…
Artfinder is lame at promoting new artists . They delete your account if you do not have enough sales. This is absolutely absurd as you first have to get approved. If they fail to sell work they themselves approved then why are they taking 45% commission on very sale in the first place. The artist already on the site for long are given a huge leeway and the search results are filled with their work, further keeping new artists under wraps and undiscovered. Would not recommend selling here as you are treated as a slave rather than they taking the efforts to sell your work.

Used them before and always reliable except one piece lost in the post but was refunded the whole amount. Just sorry to have lost the painting as I really liked the look of it.

Artfinder and the Artists are wonderful
Artfinder and the artists that my wife and I purchase from have all been amazing. When ordering art abroad, there are often unforeseen delays in shipping due to various reasons. Both Artfinder and the artists have been great with following up, keeping us informed, and ensuring we get our artwork. The artists do a wonderful job of packaging the artwork so that it doesn't arrived damaged. Coming from another country, we have gotten some packages that were pretty beaten up, however because the artists take great care in preparing for shipment, none of the artwork has been damaged. we will continue to use Artfinder because we are thoroughly satisfied with what we gen, both in artwork and customer service.
