Customer service and communication were wonderful but the product was sub standard. It was a wooden letter opener and the edge that was supposed to be sharp was badly finished and not even properly polished.

I’ve been looking to replace a very special ceramic piece that we bought on our honeymoon. It was damaged in a move and I thought we’d never find it, but I was able to track down manufacturer and Artemest was able to work with them to find it. Thanks again for your help.

The ordering experience as a member of the design trade was perfection. They were attentive and helpful, over communicative, I could not have been more eager to place my order. Upon arrival of my order, I was very concerned that what I ordered was not going to meet my expectations or the standard building practices of the USA - but after some back and forth we were able to sort everything out and all is well. Ordering between differing continents and time zones proved to be a challenge, but Artemest went above and beyond to remedy any issues we had and we will very happily be purchasing from them in the future. The products are beautiful and the customer service even better. Bravo!

I was inspired to buy this Bitossi horse statue having seen it on a well-know UK TV restoration programme, so, having looked on a well-known online "auction" site and not being able to find an original MCM version, opted to buy a new one from the Maioliche Artistiche Guido Bitossi pottery factory, Artemest being the 3rd party supplier.
Having purchased, it took over 3 months to arrive (fair enough as it was made to order), however on receipt the quality was APPAULING. I was so disappointed - it looked like the horse had been coloured by a 5 year-old, with what I can only describe as blodges of tint applied as an afterthought, rather than carefully-applied and blended hues of colour..... It looked nothing like its original 60s counterpart. A very expensive £300 (inc postage) mistake.
It's now sitting in my attic - I'd be embarrassed to put it out on display because it's so poorly finished!!!
I wonder if Artemest actually checks the quality of the products it advertises on its site?

Artemest make the most incredible textured wallpaper that has transformed our room. The wall now looks like it is a piece of art. It was easy to apply with heavy duty wall paper paste and we are thrilled with the outcome.
Customer service was fantastic! Bought a beautiful vase which was delivered without any problems nor delays.
Extremely slow customer service for return process. I received the wrong item, sent them a picture immediately, and ask them to send me a return label for a refund. They indicate that it was the same product with slight difference, so they weren't covering return. I had to screenshot their website and show them that it is two completely different items with two different name and SKU. They then acknowledged the problem and indicate that I can ship it back for a refund with them covering the return cost. But then they need detailed photos of the products, me packaging it before they can send me a return label/schedule a pick up. Which it has been done and I still haven't receive any label or instruction from them. Something that simple, which usually takes 20-30 mins, an hour top, took them more than a week now and still no return label!
