Art Candy. Horrendous. Take your money, don't receive the products.
Ordered two prints from Art Candy.
No confirmation email.
Items not dispatched or delivered a week later.
Contacted Art Candy several times via email. No response what so ever.
No telephone contact details provided either. So could not ring.
They have taken the full amount of payment from my daughter's account.
I'm furious.
I'd done my research before purchasing from this online business. The reviews were very good. So I went ahead and helped my daughter purchase the two items.
I feel scammed. My daughter certainly does.
Absolutely furious as I'm unable to contact them. They are clearly ignoring my emails. No response - nothing.
The information written by the business owner looks and sounds professional. But Art Candy is anything but....
So if you feel like you've got money to burn.... Order from this company. They will gladly take your money and not provide the goods.
After sending a very curt email. They have now responded. They are refunding my daughter's account for the full amount.
I should think so too!
Sad, when I customer has to become so angry in order to finally get a reply from the owner.
It shouldn't have to be like this.
