Beautiful Artwork, but Plan Ahead
My experience was a bit of a rocky start. Before placing my order, I had several questions but was unable to reach anyone by phone. I later realized that the phone number listed on the website was an international number, so my only option was to communicate by email.
Even though I had concerns, I decided to place the order because I needed the wall art within three weeks. I also found that the estimated production and shipping timeline was longer than I had expected, and I only came to understand the process as time went on. Unfortunately, the delay created scheduling challenges with my interior decorator, and because the company is based in Europe, the back-and-forth email communication naturally took longer.
That said, the final product made the wait worthwhile. The wall art is absolutely beautiful, and the craftsmanship exceeded my expectations. Despite the communication and timing challenges, I am very pleased with the quality of the finished piece.
