Not transparent customer service
I have bought a vacuum cleaner Bosch from them.
After 1 year, I have sent it back to their store for repair service under warranty. They informed me after 1 month that the item couldn't be repaired because the stock is completely exhausted and it is no longer supplied by the manufacturer.
For this, they proposed a full refund or a voucher code. I decided to get the full refund and also to get back my broken vacuum cleaner. They told me that it was not possible anymore to get back the broken item, because the external company that was in charge of the reparation, will most likely destroy it.
Even tough I didn't receive beforehand any question or information regarding the possibility to keep the broken item or to confirm the destruction of it, they just told me that was not possible to get it back anymore.
Before destroying items that are owned from other people, they should inform and communicate this clearly, and not afterwards!

Apologies for the confusion regarding the reparation/destruction of your item. As is often the case with defective items, they are properly disposed off in a recycling point to save our customers the hassle of doing so. Regretably, you were clearly not informed of this and for this our apologies.
Luckily you've received a full refund you can put towards purchasing a functional vacuumcleaner, either at our stores of any of our competitors if you choose to do so. Apologies again, we'll try to be more clear about this process in the future! Hoping we can offer you a better service in the future.

We have three successful orders and we are utterly satisfied.
We have three successful orders. One order I had to contact Art & Craft support team as one of my orders had some manufacturing issue after about a month of use. I was really impressed with the after sales support of Art & Craft. They contacted the manufacturer and did their best to help me get my replacement. I got my replacement and since I was so happy with the customer support and over all experience from Art & Craft I made two more orders. One order I got it in excellent condition and the pre sale team of Art & Craft helped me assess the specifications of the product I bought. The other order I made I am still waiting for its delivery. Surely, it would be delivered on time and in good condition. We are definitely enjoying shopping at Art & Craft, they have excellent brand selection, amazing customer support, reliable and user friendly website. I couldn't recommend this site enough.

Totally dissatisfied with the service
I've ordered the delivery for December, 1 and I was on a very tight schedule. Not only didn't it arrived on time but after repeatedly checking delivery status turned out that after several days the package was on its way back to the sender for unknown reasons. I had to contact the seller myself to inquire about what is happening. Turns out it was a human error so I ended up without my order, without the possibility to re-order (because they didn't have the same product available anymore) and so far even without my money spent on the purchase.
Wouldn't recommend anyone to order with the company unless you are up for spoiling your mood.

Do not shop! Defect product, no one helping
We got a fridge from the website. After 2 months, it started to smell like something ia burning. Immediately, we took the fridge from the plug and today I am calling the art & craft service 5 times already and no one is answering me. What will we do with this fridge? Shall we wait and use it till it explodes? No customer service, no support. Do not shop!
