I also work with PHP and CodeIgniter projects, custom website functionality and general technical issues related to websites and online systems. For computer users, Art-Fixed also provides support with laptops and desktop PCs, including diagnostics, software installation, Windows setup, configuration, upgrades and general technical assistance. Physical computer and laptop repairs are handled at the Art-Fixed workshop in Veldhoven. Art-Fixed is not a large agency. You deal directly with the specialist who works on your website, computer or technical problem. This keeps communication clear and makes it easier to discuss the issue, possible solutions and costs without unnecessary layers in between. My approach is practical: first understand the problem, then find a solution that actually fits the situation. Then asked Art-Fixed to check and try to find where is the problem. The communication was very good and clear. All fas change and fixed with new parts in very short time. And in the meantime he also changed thermal paste. Very satisfied with the work.
