I will do everything to close this site of deceivers. You don't follow exchange and return rules and sell cheating.
Ps: And after your answer I want return you that I’m not your psychotherapist to carry about your fillings. That’s the buisness. And when you sell something you And you have to follow the rules of this business. There are set return dates worldwide of 14 days.

When they arrive, they are too big for you and you let us know several weeks later. We offered to return the order. The problem is that you have disrespected and ignored our customer service team. In that case, we rely on the right of admission to not process a refund. I ordered 2 pairs of sneakers, which were delivered after 22 days with Hermes in 2 packages so that the duty-free limit from Asia of 150 euros was not exceeded. These are plagiarisms. Lighter in weight compared to the original, the sole feels sticky on one model. Fit / size like the original. Very good customer service, which I contacted regarding the long delivery time.

Regarding the "long wait" I'm surprised that you say that it was 22 days, when the order was placed on April 10 and received on April 22. That is 12 days, within the delivery period that we usually say "8 to 12/15 days".
Regarding sending two boxes, it has nothing to do with the duties, since as a company the management of duties is different. We send two packages because the condition of the boxes is more careful, while if two boxes are sent in the same package, one can damage the other. In any case we do this for the client, for us it is better to make only 1 shipment than 2, the cost is lower.
They have solutions
Really good service, I’ve had a problem with the size and they helped me with everything. I’ll buy again!
