3 back-to-back last minute cancellations
I scheduled a system check with Beutler Air Conditioning and Plumbing after a recommendation from Lowe’s, and the experience was extremely disappointing.
They cancelled on me at the last minute not once, but three separate times. No meaningful effort to reschedule proactively, no sense of urgency, and no respect for the customer’s time.
If reliability matters to you, I would strongly reconsider before booking with them.
