Superb customer care experience
The sales agent came to our home and brought samples of the lift mechanism and rails. We could see how it worked and how it would be installed. She measured the stairs, showed us the products in the brochures and in a slide presentation. We went to the show room to see and ride the chairlift. Installation was quick and the technician even vacuumed the stairs when finished. We were extremely pleased with the process

Try one of the many other companies out there! The owner’s response to my concerns were —- if your stair lift gets you from point A to point B “Goal” - that sums up the answer I received. Fortunately, for me, one of their competitors helped me out.

A Great Company Doing a Great Job
Peggy, our Arrow Lift rep, was very friendly and knowledgeable. Mike was very considerate of our needs when scheduling the installation, and the installers were very meticulous making sure our stairlift was installed correctly. They even took the time to show us how it worked and how to run it correctly. Mike followed up and even arranged to have the city inspector come out! Great company did a great job. The gentleman from Arrow Lift who installed my Stannah stairlift was extremely courteous, kind, & polite. As he installed everything for me, he patiently answered questions & told my brother all about my new product. He cleaned up very well after himself once the installation was complete, too. I felt as if I was safely in the hands of a stairlift expert that entire time.
To my surprise, my stairlift installer's real gifts came out when he explained the instructions for the new stairlift to my brother & my daughter. He is a fantastic teacher, in addition to being a stairlift installation expert. He is such an informative, polite, & wonderful individual in general. You know you are in great hands with Arrow Lift!!!

It started with the day I called them
It started with the day I called them. My wife had just suffered a serious injury walking down our stairs, and we had discussed purchasing a stairlift a few months ago. But the day after this happened, I started looking into stairlift manufacturers to ascertain the best one I could purchase. This was in January, 2025. I came across Arrow Lift when I found out that Stannah was one of the products they installed and maintained. I spoke to my sales person, Dave, and he was very informative and personable. We met the following week after conversing on the phone with him so he could get the final measurements he needed to assist the installer. I was kind of in a hurry because my wife was going to come home eventually and I wanted to ensure that it was installed prior to that date. Dave was able to acommodate that with now apparent problem. He got his measurements on Monday and it was installed that Thursday. I was amazed at the speed and the willingness to get it installed so quickly. George came out and did an absolutely amazing job installing the chairlift into our home. He was very thorough in his demonstration of operation and allowed me to video it for future possible needs. George may be a young man, but he was extremely knowledgeable and efficient! He was truly an amazing young man. And I would stronly recommend Arrow Lift, David and George as the team to purchase and install your stair lift!!! AWESOME COMPANY!!!

A very attentive, hard working installer. Took over 8 hours to install and there was a defect in the seat mechanism which was fixed by Tuesday of the next week. Overall very happy with the install and response to a malfunctio.n

Getting a return call on my request was difficult ... I had to call several times to talk with anyone and the cost to temporally remove and restore the stairlift was outrageous to be able to move a washer upstairs
