Shipping was fast and it was delivered right next door. The laptop which I bought works fine, as it should. It was clean and very well packed. Came in with a charger. However, soon I noticed that the screen is a little bit scratched. It doesn't bother me much (I know the laptop isn't new), but that's what's keeping me from giving a perfect score.

I know that it is unreasonable to offer extended warranties for used equipment, still I chose to post this review for other people to know that it does happen that their equipment fails right after the 1st year. I had a MacBook from them that broke down more or less right after the warranty period. Thus, in terms of money it cost me per time I used it, it has been my most expensive computer to date. The specific problem I have is related to memory, where it seems the connection to the RAM is broken (I have tried changing the RAM itself, to no avail).
