I arrived at the airport on Sunday 10th September. We had to wait a while for our transport and we were not given a luxury transfer to the hotel as stated, but we were given a private van to the hotel which was fine.
On Monday 11th, we went to the hospital where I met my translator Marcos. Marcos was very good at explaining everything and was very patient with my questions and was kind and friendly throughout the process. The pre op was quick and efficient and the operation was done very well. The hospital was also very clean with nice big rooms. The nurses were nice and professional, but would only come into the room to change your drip medication every 6 hours and did not come to check to see if I was ok unless I pressed the call button. When I complained of pain or discomfort they would say “this is normal” and walk off, but there was a language barrier. On the last day where I was leaving hospital Marcos was again very helpful and he has been great through the whole process.
Overall the entire experience of having this procedure has been very positive with only a few minor issues.

Transport from the airport to the hotel was arranged by rep Lily.

The next day i was taken to the hospital where i was greeted by Marcos, he was my interpretur and explained to me everything that was going to happen.

After my surgery, i was given round the clock medical care by the nurses and were there to help every step of the way.

Dr Ceyhun who perfomred my operation was amazing, i could not have asked for anyone better.

The Hospital is fantastic, the staff, the facilities and the care that was shown.

Marcos my interpretur was amazing, he is a credit to his profession and made my experience very pleasant.

Upon my discharge, i was provided with nutrition advice and given a plan to follow.

On arrival I was greeted with a mini bus where it was supposed to be “VIP LUXURY” but it was fine, the first hospital room I was given it wasn’t clean and the internet wasn’t working in it so reception changed it internet did work but it was very very poorly clean I found grapes in my bathroom sink and so many hairs everywhere, the surgeon was amazing and so where the nurses and I would like to say especially thanks to my translator marcos who was so so so friendly and amazing he explained absolutely everything to me and was super nice.

I had a nose job done this august 2023 it’s been one month post op and so far I am beyond happy with the whole experience and can’t wait for the final results. Dr. Gokhan did my rhinoplasty and he checks in on me and answers all my questions even after I have returned to the United States. Great customer service and I highly recommend him for your rhinoplasty. ☺️

I had a rhinoplasty in August of this year and my experience with Arpanu was great! It's been only been a month and I am very pleased with the results so far. I had major breathing issues with my nose as it would constantly get blocked through out the day.
Now my breathing is so much better! Dr Gokhan was amazing! He was very kind and understanding. Poyraz ( patient coordinator) was the best! He made everything so easy and was always answering my questions. My post operation consultant Yasmin is always in contact with me and she has helped me so much with my healing process. I had a great experience with everything! Thank you so much!

Everyone was really friendly and everyone tried to make us feel comfortable. There was always a nurse to look out for us. The translator was very nice and made a great job in supporting us. She even gave us some travel trips for our journey. Overall, was the experience good.

i had my nose job in June this year and so happy with the results. Zivile has been so much help throughout my experience and still checking up on me.

Zivile was my contact with Arpanu Medical, before and during my surgery. She guided and helped me every step of the way and was there to answer any questions on any day at any time. Communication is probably the most important part of aesthetic surgery and she, the Surgeon and all the other interpreters and nurses couldn't have done a better job.

Talking about the results can be more complicated as it depends on individual expectations. For me, I couldn't be more satisfied. For anyone considering rhinoplasty I would recommend considering your motives and expectations. There are limits to what can be achieved and there is something to be said of accepting yourself as you are. With that being said, my surgery goals were to achieve straightness and symmetry (I had major breathing issues) without changing the overall shape. Dr Serhan Derin explained to me that while he will try and retain the original shape, it will be a different nose at the end of the day. I was prepared to accept this and trusted the Dr after a lot of discussion about fine details of my nose.

In the end everything turned out as expected and all the post surgery events happened as explained and I left completely satisfied. Even after returning to New Zealand Mohamed (follow-up team) still messages to make sure everything is ok. I look forward to taking a proper holiday in Turkey next year to enjoy the country during my one year follow-up.

I had my rihnoplasty at the start of may 23, it was my first ever operation at the age of 49😊 so to say I was nervous was an understatement…. After having a close escape with another surgeon, I came across these guys with there excellent reviews, I first made contact with zaville who came across very genuine and answered my questions very professionally, the clinic was superb and very clean with a lovely private room, dr serhan derin was the best ever… this dr knows his noses and I had a very good feeling about him, again came across a nice guy….and then there’s John the translator. This guy did everything for you and give you his private number to get hold of him any time, and also he was very good and professional about his job. All the nurses were super nice and friendly. But didn’t speak English😂 when I came round after my surgery, they had drawn smiling faces on my arm 😃 so yeah I felt in good hands and was cared for all the way.!! As for my nose .. it is fantastic and have had no problems, and have had nice messages from zaville to check in to make sure I’m ok and happy months after my return from uk…. Thank you so much to all the guys and girls who looked after me through the whole process and for giving me the best man’s nose ever.❤️

I was booked in with for a rhinoplasty with dr Serhan Derin , my experience from start to finish was exceptional from the travel arrangements to to the hospital and hotel doctor Serhan was amazing he really is the best very comforting, the nurses were really nice always checking on me the translators were very helpful and Zivile was extremely helpful she was with me from the start of my journey she answered all my questions and made me feel so comfortable. I would definitely recommend dr Serhan for rhinoplasty and I would definitely recommend this hospital for any procedures .

I didn’t know about arpanu medical but I was googling the doctors and I found out about Dr. ilker and he’s amazing and from him i found out that he works with Arpanu medical and then I booked my rhinoplasty with him. Everything was so smooth from airport to hotel transfers and the clinic transfers I went alone so I was kinda skeptical but it was amazing and the made me feel safe and the hotel was so good as well. The whole team is good and my experience was the best I would definitely recommend them.

Great service and check in after my operation. I felt very supported if anyone is interested I would recommend this service for people looking for somthing cheep and reliable.

Marcos was really helpful with the translations and he helped greatly with my hospitalization, I think his work was really valuable and without his help I wouldn’t have known what was going on. The hospital itself was great too but when I was in a lot of pain after my surgery some staff was trying to tell me to keep quiet which I did not appreciate.

I was scheduled to have a rhinoplasty with this surgeon(Serhan Derin)on the 7th of July...

I was very unfortunate to have some emergency 🆘 back home which was a matter of LIFE AND DEATH on the 6th,and have to flight ✈️ home ASAP.. They stopped me on that morning of the 7th at the hotel 🏨 MADE ME MISSED MY FLIGHT ✈️ and make me pay 800+ euro 💶 for a surgery I did not have which is an absolute fraud.

There's no HUMANITY whatsoever...I will not recommend this SURGEON or 🏥 ARPANU MEDICAL to anyone,EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL...seriously I think there's better professional SURGEON and MEDICAL treatment in Turkey 🇹🇷..
Just do your research well before you COMMIT... DEFINITELY NOT THE BEST CHOICE!!!

This was a life-changing decision to make and I'm so happy to have made it.

From the moment I booked the gastric band operation, a few months earlier till now (Aug 5th 2023), I've had nothing but positive and outstanding care and support.

The day before I flew into Istanbul Airport and was picked up and taken to the hotel. Check-in to the room was smooth and easy and the room itself was very nice.

The next morning was picked up at 6 am and taken to the hospital for pre-checks before my morning operation.
The chaperone was outstanding. The Doctor was brilliant, he made me feel at ease and the nurses that took care of me were outstanding.

On check out to the hotel - the aftercare team was excellent and supportive. Always in total communication via WhatsApp with advice, diet plans etc.

Even when travelling home, they continue the support every week, month and quarterly review on your post-op progress.

Dietitians Amy, Yasmin and Nora are excellent professionals. I'm so happy with their care and support. (I've lost 25kg in 3 months)

I highly recommend the doctor and staff. I travelled alone and was nervous at the beginning. They made me feel comfortable and answered any questions I may have had.

If you choose this clinic, then it will be the best decision you will ever make as you are in very safe hands with these excellent professionals.

I come form England I had my nose surgery with DR gokhanmersinlioglu he was really good I’m so happy with 4 weeks results the hotel was gret the night of surgery in hospital was great my breathing getting much better and I really recommend them 10/10 ❤️

The nurses Gaye and Deniz are wonderful. They help in everything they can and any questions I have are answered no matter what time it is. I feel very lucky to have known them. Some true professionals.
