Ordered a gaming table the arozzi arena and paid for shipping and the item did not arrive in time for what I needed it for an evening of pc gaming with friends in town it was our last time together for a while
Purchased an Arozzi gaming chair…no support
Purchased an Arozzi gaming chair December 2017. January 2020 the wheelbase collapses due to poor design and metal fatigue. Arozzi answers my email with a solution that they’ll send a part and I perform the repair. They want me to pay for the part and shipping. Only one month out of warranty. The chair is now at a mechanical engineers office for an opinion and I’ll make a YouTube video about the experience once the chair returns. I don’t want to hurt anyone’s business. I just want to let others know this could happen to them.
