I received my order for a new motor in just a couple of days and was able to install it using the video introductions provided by your company on YouTube.

I purchased my new oil diffuser and I needed more essential oils asap but not just any junk oil - noticed a coupon in the box and used it, however it didn’t take but the rep was quick to fix the issue and I received all my new scents at a really nice price! Highly recommend!

I’ve been using Aromis for years and have pleasant experiences with the diffusers. Will probably order more if they go on sale. I like that it’s simple to use and is quiet.

I always get good support from ArOmis. Needed a motor replacement, called the number and talked to the head gentleman. Told me about a new 'reverse flow' valve being designed in, sent me some with my motor replacements.

Their oils are great, high quality.

My order came in and the bottle was broke. It was shipped in a padded envelope. Bottle was not in a box and I have emailed customer service and have not gotten a reply. It has been days.

Customer service was so helpful. I changed the motor in my diffuser, and it is working well. I really appreciate that replacement parts are available and videos are available so you can easily fix the diffuser yourself. I prefer to purchase quality products that last. Thank you!

I DONT LIKE that you cannot TALK to someone...the communication you guys offer is terrible! I had to wait days just to get an answer...maybe you should work on that..I LOVE your products and will definitely order again!

ArOmis diffusers are not only elegant and timeless, they are far superior to the high end brands on the market. In fact, the oils are far superior in quality and less expensive too.
The company itself has FAST fantastic costumer service and is in Colorado. I was able to email and add to an existing order so to save shipping. Not to mention everything was shipped within 24hrs, usually that day!
