I have spent a lot of money with Aromafume. Several points:
1) their customer service is abysmal. They never answer customer enquiries/emails.
2) bricks are a lot less fragrant than they used to be
3) bricks have started smoking a lot however clean you keep the burner plate, occasionally setting off a smoke detector
4)as others have mentioned, one of my burners also ignited spontaneously.

Avoid. Unless they start to improve across the board.

Great products. Would absolutely buy again.

Worst customer service and terrible quality. I got a palo santo mist. It is a very poor quality mist and I can smell chemicals. I cannot smell palo santo at all. I tried to contact customer service for refund but they refused. Very disappointed.

The scent is so relaxing when I want to meditate.Beautiful and simple design.A real quality product that I would buy again

Bought a couple and gave one as a gift, have told them to be super careful with them . The second one I just used the bricks on top of my multi fuel stove, would never of bought them if I’d read reviews, smell ok but daren’t use the burner now …

I absolutely love the tree of life burner, it's a beautiful addition to my home. The scent is amazing and lasts longer after the burner has finished. I will definitely be ordering more blocks and another burner so I can have one in my living room as well as my bedroom.

I’ve never use these before but how do you tell when the brick is gone as I’ve had one in the burner how and had to put a second candle under as it burned out first , just normal tea light candles like what came with the kit

I am very disappointed in the frankinsense bricks this time they are smaller and have very little scent !!

Lovely products, I bought the burner and a selection of the fragrances but my absolute favourite is nag champa. I also bought the nag champa roller balls for myself and friends. I’m very impressed so will be buying lots more.

Quick delivery and the item so beautiful great quality as well highly recommend

They really don't smell very much, they do smoke and I found I had to turn the brick over.
Absolutely more of a fire risk than standard intense sticks/cones.
They do not respond to contact on social media or email.

A very suspect company whose telephone number and e-mail don't work and its true as others have said here that my burner went up in flames after a few uses and could have burnt the house down! I'm going to see whether Trading Standards can hlep after the holdays!

I love this magical aroma. It gives peace and harmony in my home, in my mind and in my soul. I use the spray for an immediate solution and the bricks for a slow and long-lasting release.

My aromafume burner yesterday decided to spontaneously ignite. I've only ever used tea lights with it and kept it clean. Don't take the risk and avoid purchasing one of these dangerous items.

I bought this set and on the day I bought it I used the T light provided as a candle aware person I followed the guidelines properly , it had only been burning for 45 mins under the 1 hour recommended time , the t light set on fire beneath it luckily I had a bottle of drinking water to put it out as I never leave a candle unattended but the wax of the T light went on my furniture and carpet . It really shook me up as never had anything like this happen before . I wrote to them with photos and they said it hadn’t happened before it was tested etc but after seeing another review where it happened I felt compelled to write of my experience. After a rather unsatisfactory reply to the email of my complaint I followed up with my concerns again and they are now looking into it and investigating !

On the 30th January of 2024 I purchased a'Tree of Life' incense burner set with with frankincense bricks from the Aromafume UK website for £14.99. It was the kind on which the incense brick sits on top of the lid above an tea light candle inside the burner. I was utterly horrified when the incense holder suddenly burst into flames after burning for a while. I think the tea candle provided must have set on fire when the burner overheated. I frantically tried to blow out the large orange flames leaping out of the incense burner but it was burning too fiercely. Fortunately, I had a glass of water on my bedside table and was able to douse the flames out. I dare not use the incense burner again as it is very unsafe and highly flammable. I have informed Aromafume of this experience and requested a return and a refund. I have also contacted the UK trading standards
God must have been protecting me as I had placed the incense burner well clear of the bedroom curtains on a tallboy which had a glass top and was awake at the time.

This is a very DANGEROUS item and should NEVER be sold to the public.
