Amazing customer service from Will. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Would highly recommend.

The sales executive (Will) is extremely friendly, not pushy at all, provided us with lots of information on sizes colour as a very small en-suite shower room with our decision. The price also helped of course, as kept to our budget.
Only visited the show room once and after that everything was handled via phone and messages, it was delivered on time and everything was correct.
Will highly recommend Will to others.

I’ve worked with Will numerous times now on both private and development projects and find him and the whole set up at Aromabath a pleasurable experience.

The level of service is second to none, competitive on price, quality manufacturers and more importantly if you’ve got a problem you can pick up the phone.

Most recently, at short notice and under somewhat testing conditions for all, I needed to create a new wetroom to cater for a disabled family member. Think it took a day if that for Will to sort out the shopping list and a few suggestions / alternatives and some cracking discounts. Needed a specific branded internal slimline cistern, it was delivered quicker and at the same price than anyone else could!

We have just completed a new build house, with all the bathroom supplies from Aromabath. The service we received was second to none and the products were always delivered on time and quality controlled checked. Aromabath have a very knowledgeable team who go out of the way to get things done right. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

Having used Aromabath for a recent bathroom fit out, these guys are experienced professionals. From the initial advice, to interior design suggestions followed by the product supply and delivery ... it was flawless.

There are many bathroom suppliers around but only one is the best!
Having used Aromabath for three bathrooms, all I can ask is why do we not have more companies like this? A family run business with many years of experience. They have the customers interest at heart and will go out of their way to ensure nothing less than 100% satisfaction. High quality products at a highly competitive prices. I've not found anyone cheaper for the same items.

We recently renovated three bathrooms and a cloakroom, and having used Aromabath for the past 20 years, they were our first (and only) choice of company. As always, the service provided by Aromabath has been outstanding. All the staff are warm, friendly and welcoming. They all offer solutions to problems and really know their stuff.

They kindly arranged appointments with Duravit and Toto in London so that we could go to their showrooms to view the bathroom suites, mirrors, toilets, etc.

They were quick to order the products that we chose and delivered everything well within our builders timescales.

I recently moved house and renovated our bathroom, I was looking for a floating cabinet with style and something to give my bathroom that extra “wow” factor. After looking endlessly on line at different cabinets I came across Aroma baths (which I have to admit I was slightly skeptical about because most companies don’t use WhatsApp as a means of contact) however I decided to at least enquire. The guy Will who dealt with my request was absolutely amazing and very helpful. He was quick with responses as well as being informative and always went above & beyond to make sure I was satisfied with everything. He never pressured me into buying from his company, and he was already ready to help and be honest also in products that they had. I would 100% use their services again if ever I needed to get good quality products.
