I ordered this from JACO customs website but ended up speaking to a "Jay' paid 500.00 for earning via PayPal and never received it. Called Jay numerous of times without even getting a return call or email. PayPal helped mw get my money back but beware of ordering via JACO customs. Rip off

I ordered a pair of earrings 9 weeks ago and have never received them. I have contacted the company who then told me to contact the courier, I did contact the courier snd they told me to contact love aero. I did this and still haven’t heard back from them. I think it’s terrible that they have taken my money and yet have not sent me the product. Terrible customer seevice, I would advise anyone to not order from this company to save your stress levels!!

I am so pleased with my beautiful huggie earrings from Aro - I have bought several pairs before so was upset to see they are closing down. That being said I got a really good deal in the sale! The earrings are so pretty and good quality / value for money! Would highly recommend!

Delivery was fast and jewellery as expected.
I am very pleased with this purchase. I especially love the stud earrings as I don’t even feel that I have them on as I would usually touch my earrings a lot as I can be quite sensitive and most earrings I wear seem to make me feel itchy and I only buy sterling silver and hypoallergenic ones!

Sarah has been great at communicating and resolved a little issue that I had in an amazing and generous way. The earrings that arrived are beautiful and will look stunning on the day of my friends wedding, where i am a Bridesmaid. I would highly recommend this little business.

Not my first purchase and definitely not my last. The jewellery quality is more superior than items I have purchased at x4 times the cost. Everything comes beautifully packed and would make great gifts. Will continue to order as I add to my piercing collection!

So impressed with all 3 sets of earrings I ordered.Excellent quality, haven’t tarnished,beautifully wrapped and delivered promptly.I’ve purchased many from high end brands which haven’t lived up to the hype.I’ll definitely be purchasing from Aro again!
