Faulty goods
Unfortunately I had to return a week after my visit as the zip on one of my purchases was faulty.
I exchanged it without a problem but the first time I wore the garment I discovered that the zip was faulty again. Now I have to find the time to return this one.
Thank you to Arne for their prompt response to this.The customer care has been excellent and a replacement is on its way.

Great products - awful customer service
Arne has great clothes at great prices. Never visited the shop before so made a special visit whilst staying in Chester from Glasgow. I was really disappointed in the customer service, there was plenty of staff but they had absolutely no interest in customers, too busy talking about their weekend or personal lives to bother about customers. Given the amount it costs to pay for staff nowadays the majority really let the shop down. One female was helpful and seemed to be the only person who wasn’t engaged in chit chat. Staff need to enjoy their work but not to the detriment of customers.

Great fitting items, but delivery issues again with Evri.
Great fitting items, good quality. Really pleased with items.
I would give a 5 star if it wasn’t for delivery (out of your hands). Evri really are useless and I have had lots of issues with them in past.
I was at home the morning it was delivered. My office was next to front door, but no one knocked or walked down the path. Instead, I later found the item dumped at the back of our rubbish bin down the side of the house.
This frustrates me I purposely wrote on a safe place of “my shed” if no one was in. Well, they didn’t knock on door and didn’t leave in stated place.
Unfortunately I would have to reconsider buying from you again as I have had many issues with Evri and I will now avoid them like the plague!
