Product fit and weight great

Product fit and weight great. The pad (palm strap) is bulky and difficult to fit onto a tablet holder (not removable) which I should have looked better at the product before purchase. Everything was great! Postage method a little slow but arrived (it's expected at Christmas time).

I paid 45 euros for a case of 12 euro…

I paid 45 euros for a case of 12 euro plus post delivery service. When was time to receive my box they asked me more money for custom that i had already paid before. Don't sent money to China you are going to lose it. Also because of the transaction with them my bank nlocked my card and I had to spend one day in offices for receive new card and pins

Waiting an inordinately long time for delivery despite shipping being 60% of product cost. No
Where on the order did I see it saying shipped from outside the uk.
Still no delivery date and courier not received the parcel 9days since order.very disappointed do not recommend

Very disappointed- Low quality Case & Support

Very disappointed in not just this phone case but also the customer support. The phone case is not made well and unfortunately amplifies all conversations with a very loud echo. I reached out to customer support many time requesting help on returning this case but was told that return shipping would cost a lot of money and that I could send a video to show the troubles that I was having. I explained multiple times that I could not create a video as the only device that I have is my phone, and it would not work to record and show the issue at the same time. The customer support reps were not helpful and I eventually "gave up." I do not recommend ordering.

BEWARE OF HIDDEN FEES !!!

With prices indicated in Canadian $ I was under the impression that duty and import fees were included.
What a mistake!
''Your DHL Express shipment with waybill number xxxxxxxxxx from ARMOR-X LIMITED is arriving in the country and will require customs clearance. There are Import Duty and/or Tax and Customs Clearance Service Charges due on your shipment. The amount is CAD 28.44.''
Shipping $28.00 + another $28.44 in import fees!!!

The Charging port could not be accessed…

The Charging port could not be accessed with a USB adaptor as it would not fit.The charging port it's self was difficult to use as it was misaligned despite the case being properly fitted to the tab. The frame had to be frequently clicked back into place and there were only five holes for the speakers, the Galaxy S9 ultra Tab has twelve speaker holes, I had to check to make sure this was the right case for the device..it was. This was my second attempt to find a decent case for the Tab the first one was stolen..I'm putting this experience down to bad luck.

Product was sold out

Product was sold out, but no one told me. I waited weeks for my case to ship and it never did, and then finally someone told me it was sold out and refunded me. I was extremely disappointed

iPhone 12 mini phone case

I purchased the waterproof wireless charging IPhone 12 mini case. A few issues: will not charge wirelessly with a 20 watt Apple MagSafe charger. I contacted the company repeatedly for three weeks about this issue….with no help whatsoever.
I wanted to return it. It must be sent to Hong Kong at a cost of $25.00 plus they take a 15 per restocking fee. And then you may not get your money back. The customer service $ucks. You are not able yo talk to a human being, there is no phone number and all the over priced items comes from Hong Kong.
In addition the case is poor quality and overpriced.
Stay far away from these bums- the product does not live up the the company claims, customer service is not existent and the product is over priced for the poor quality. BE WARE of these unscrupulous crooks,
