The best knives we every had. Still very sharp after several years. A high quality product.

Bought a set of the stunning ARM knives as a present then recomended them to a friend who purchased a set themselves. Great to work with these amazingly sharp knives are not just suited to the professional kitchen but the domestic cook as well. Alex was a real star in getting the orders to us on time and i would not hesitate to recomend ARM knives to others.

The knives were purchased as a gift for my wife for her birthday. Neither she (nor I) were disappointed- they are excellent!

These are great knives end of. I have been a loyal user of good German chefs knives for the last 25 years, but when a friend recommended these to me recently, I was immediately attracted to the quality I was getting for the price. What is more is that they are backed up by a 10 year warranty offered by ARM knives. I doubt I will be replacing these for a long time though. Buy once - buy smart.

Awesome knives, solid, well made, incredibly sharp, and don't bend even a little bit while using. It's professional grade kit for the home kitchen (and I'm a professional in the industry). The quality is well above generic brand kitchen knives, and they look well mean too. Which shouldn't be the deciding factor, but... well, just look at them. The personal service you receive is welcome in this day and age too! Honestly delighted with my set. Cheers!

I found Alex on Instagram where he'd been raved about by a few of the foodie accounts I follow. I followed him for a while and when I saw that he provided a knife sharpening service, I reached out to him to see if he'd be able to sharpen my three Japanese knives as well as three regular knives. He came to our apartment to pick up the knives, and returned them two days later - and they were AMAZING. Super sharp, super polished and clean. I loved how he returned them to their former glory, and gave them a new lease of life. His pick up/drop off service is such a VIP feature too. I'll definitely use him again to sharpen our knives, and I'm also considering purchasing some of his high quality knives. Highly recommended and five stars.
