Amazing Service, Great products

I received an excellent service from friendly knowledgeable staff, who helped me decide on the right vest & helmet suitable for the role. I received replies to follow up questions really quickly with no hint of sales pressure to spend more, in fact they offerered me a discount as I was a humanitarian aid worker. I've opted not to test out the ballistic capabilities of the gear 😂 but it looks great quality & was well packaged for delivery.

The after sales care is 2nd to none, when DPD lost my helmet in transit, just before deploying 🙄 I was sent a replacement, next day delivery, no questions asked, all while they dealt with DPD for me..

Thanks Rob Thompson you could quite literally be a lifesaver, & your definitely a credit to your company.
