Do NOT order from Armani!!!
I placed an order on their website and never got an order confirmation. I contacted customer service about it and they assured me that they had received my order and that I would receive an email when the order shipped. After waiting 4 days and still no shipment confirmation I contacted them again. This was on June 9th, I sent them a message that morning through their ''fill out a form'' option. After receiving no reply I contacted them again through their chat option that evening between 7-8pm, may have even been later then that. When I spoke to the person on chat she told me that the order hadn't shipped yet but would be shipping soon. The next day I got an email from them saying:
''We're sorry to advise, due to a technical issue your order did not process successfully. Regrettably your order was cancelled and we are unable to reprocess this order, therefore you may place a new order at your convenience. The issue has been identified and forwarded to our IT department for resolution. We confirm that a full authorization reversal was done to release the funds held''.
I used PayPal to place my order and I never got a refund notification from PayPal so I went and contacted PayPal to which they told me that Armani never refunded my order and that they would file a dispute and then they escalated the dispute to a claim. I informed Armani of the situation and that PayPal had filed a claim. They never even bothered to respond to the claim. Then Armani tried to tell me that my order had shipped and they sent me a tracking number. The tracking said that it had been received by Canada Post at 6pm on June 9th. I spoke to customer service between 7-8pm on June 9th and they told me the order hadn't even shipped yet. For Canada Post to receive the package at 6pm on June 9th it would have had to have been shipped the day before or at the very least that morning, either way if it had shipped then the customer service person I spoke to the evening of the 9th would have seen that on my account and she told me that it hadn't shipped yet. And then the next day June 10th they told me that the order had been canceled. I never received anything from Canada Post and Armani was less than helpful at trying to resolve the situation. I had also asked Armani to send me the chat transcripts from the 9th and they never replied. Thankfully I used PayPal to place that order and after 10 days of them not responding to the claim PayPal issued me a full refund. I will never order from them again and I wouldn't recommend anybody else to order from them either. That order was a gift for my dad for Father's day, thanks for ruining that Armani!
