Horrendous

Horrendous, Avoid at all costs. After initial sign up, I was hounded to leave a trust pilot review, before anyone had even done any work for me. Fast forward to January 2025, my circumstances had changed and was no longer requiring the service, so sent an email, cancelling my renewal which is due 27th may. On the 28th of April, I receive a phone call to say that my contract has been renewed and I owe £500 + because I didnt give them the required 30 day notice. The woman is incredibly rude, and is now threatening to take things further if I don't pay. (FOR A SERVICE I INFORMED THEM I DIDNT NEED 3 MONTHS AGO).
Awful, terrible, disgusting way to run a business, if I could give 0 stars I would!

Dear Harry,

I am sorry to see you felt the need to place this review.

Upon looking over your account, I can see you emailed in Jan 2026 regarding cancellation. We replied to your email stating that we require 30 - 45 written notice prior to your renewal date along with where to send your cancellation.

A cancellation request was not received after informing you of when we required the notice meaning your account rolled for a further 12 months.

This is explained in the verbal contract when you initially come onboard with us, along with the E-Contract document which you have signed.

I can see your account is currently being reviewed and I trust we can come to a positive resolution within the terms of the agreement.

I had a great experience with Melissa…

I had a great experience with Melissa at Armada. From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. She took the time to understand exactly what I needed and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Communication was clear and prompt throughout, and nothing felt like too much trouble.

It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about delivering great service, but Melissa definitely does. I’d highly recommend her to anyone looking for reliable and efficient support. A real credit to Armada

A very pleasant experience with both Jordan & Jason whilst signing up with Armada. Very professional, friendly, helpful , and a pleasure to deal with. Always on hand for queries. The service itself is a reasonable start up price.
