I had worked in the UK for a good few years and came across Toby through a sales call having returned to Ireland. At first I hadn't really given pensions much thought but after discussing options with Toby over a number of calls I started to pay more attention. I'm glad I did, Toby came to Dublin, met up, always available to put time in the diary and very good at keeping appointments.
My quarterly reviews are all over video and I have no complaints - Toby is reachable when I need him and most importantly the investments he has advised me on have all borne fruit - more than happy to reference Arlo Group and specifically Toby Band.

I have been working with Toby for a couple of years now both with the Arlo group and with his previous employer. I switched out my UK pension now that I live in Europe and Toby has guided me carefully through the sometimes complex process. I’ve been prompted to submit my own review to counter another rather negative review I’ve just read of the Arlo Group today. I must say I’ve had a completely different experience, and would have no hesitation recommending the Arlo group to others.

Despite the obvious difficulties that covid-19 has presented these past 15 months, I’ve been kept in regular contact with my pension, by email, and every few months by virtual video meetings to review my investments. I’m rather bemused by the earlier negative comment around Arlo using virtual offices. That’s what we have all been doing during these covid times, and I know that some members of the Arlo team relocated from the UK to Dubai in 2020 specifically to try to offer customer service to their customers, and others have continued working from home. Naturally that means using virtual offices.

Further, the Arlo group is a relatively small, young dynamic company. That enables them to offer personalised service to customers without a heavy corporate structure that the earlier negative comment alludes to.

I am very fortunate to have been given some extremely good financial advice from Toby Band which has transformed my financial portfolio.
