This adjustor states that the round circular strikes on our gutters is hail, our siding has hail damage, but our roof does not??? Unethical and dishonest. We had bought our house a year ago and had an inspection at that time (with pictures) showing our roof was in good condition one year ago. Despite that the adjustor claims that we had accelerated damage in the past year that magically happened in a way he can't explain.
