rip off

rip off. Ryan is a big cheat. This job was assigned to him by landlord certificates and they charged already for the certificates. He states that the ECIR was not done in the past 30 years in my property but the consumer unit was replaced when the property was leased to council last time and certified as per EU regulations. He demands another £200 for No continuity ring circuit fix that I don't know even if any such problem exists.

If you want your home disrespected and to then have an argument about it, Ryan is your man.

Ryan installed a new fuse box at my request. Can't speak to the quality of the electrical work, but he did leave a bunch of mastic dripping down the wall. This now has to be sanded down and the wall re-painted (it cannot be peeled off). Zero apology or even recognition that its not acceptable to do work this sloppy and still call yourself a professional. The best that can be said is that he finally agreed for the cost of repairs to be deducted from his invoice.

If you want your home disrespected and to then have an argument about it, Ryan is your man. I should have been more wary of the fact there were zero reviews.
