Zulus eyepiece
Had lost the eye piece from my zulus couldn't find one anywhere so emailed Arken ... long story short.... they sent me a new one within 3 days. Respect where due...

Fantastic Service from a five star team.
After watching many (if not all) reviews on You Tube etc I purchased a Zulus 5-20 LRF and unfortunately on my first night out pest controlling the rubber eyepiece protection somehow managed to unscrew itself and despite a return to the area in daylight I couldn't find it .
I contacted Arkens help line via email asking if I could buy a replacement and to my surprise the great guys on their help team offered to send me a replacement as they haven't got round to organising various spare parts for sale yet.
What a top drawer fantastic service , the replacement arrived a couple of days later and is now lock tighten onto my scope. So back to popping off crows at 56yards away and the rabbits and squirrels had better take cover as this scope attached to my FAC FX Streamline is a deadly combination.
Thanks again to the brilliant team at Arken.
