I'm still waiting for my replacements…

I'm still waiting for my replacements for the damaged and missing items from my order. They were promised for yesterday. The gyros kit arrived thawed and it says on the pack do not "refreeze" so now I've had the meat in the fridge for several days, and I'm still waiting for the pitta breads to go with it. A pack of biscuits and Cakes were crushed like pancakes, and a tinned Christmas gift dented. I don't understand why you'd say you'd replace them and just not turn up?
