Very happy customer
The part was sent out immediately, arrived in good packaging the next day as agreed. The price was much cheaper than everyone else. I was really happy with the service and will use them again when i need to.

The service provided by Ariston was excellent, the courrier (UPS) was dreadful.
The service provided by Ariston was excellent, but the delivery provided by UPS, I believe was dreadful. We received a message from the delivery courrier to tell us they had called, but no one in. We had been home all day - no one had tried to deliver. We then had to collect the parcel from a collection point which was not easy for either my husband or I. The collection point had difficulty finding our parcel which whilst the bar code had our name and address correct, a label had been put over the address label covering our delivery address stating that the delivery must be given to Christine Buckley. This created huge confusion at the collection centre and considerable delay in collection of the parcel. I believe that the carrier was UPS. I have had deliveries brought to us by this carrier a number of times, and each time we have experienced difficulties and problems.. please appoint a different courrier if you want satisfied customers.
