The first thing was a pleasant and informal-reading note from the company thanking me for supporting their family company. As the postage had been very inexpensive, I thought that the real test would be whether the parcel arrived quickly. Two days later it arrived, hand delivered. I was happy that the packaging was easily opened and didn’t fill my recycling bin with too much rubbish. The product was as expected, UGG boots true to size and spanking new. Thank you.
