This is a scam company based in China not London as advertised. They send incorrect items which are poor quality & offer you part refund. The clothes I ordered made SHEIN look posh . Terrible company who should be allowed to operate .

Never received my order placed in March! The last email from them was "we see that your parcel wasn't delivered, contact us if so" - and that's it! Emails bounced back. It was my second order, and I was quite happy first time.what happened to the business??

I ordered a pair of shoes back in February. At first, I received great communication and tracking information. By mid March, the tracking stopped and says, “unable to deliver.“ It stops there and I cannot get anyone for the life of me to answer what’s going on.I’ve asked MULTIPLE TIMES about the shipment or another one could be sent to replace it since it seems to be lost. No answer whatsoever except for the automated message that says they’ll get back with me in 1 to 2 business days. I also tried calling the phone number on their website. Won’t go through, so thinking it’s not a real number. Considering it’s almost been three months, it looks like I’ve been scammed. Never again. Stay away from this company.

Scam. I ordered a bathing suit in February. At first I would receive emails letting me know my order was being processes and then shipped. Then, it never came. After multiple attempts to reach out and request someone to contact me regarding my order, I received no response. - and yes - they took my money.

Complete scam. Great communication early with tracking information. Turns out, all of this was a fake. In fact, all communication suddenly ceased. Run away from this company as FAST as you can. AriaVoss is actually a fake extension of MassiveShops.com - another online storefront with issues. ( see other posted reviews)

I think this company is a fake. I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased from them, because now I’m pretty sure I’ve just handed over my personal information and access to my money to criminals. I tried to purchase from them a couple of months ago, and was patient about waiting for my items, however the latest I’ve heard is that they “cannot deliver” my order 2 weeks ago, and they haven’t responded to a single email since then. I wish they could be taken off the internet. I’m certainly going to report them to the BBB, and honestly I’m tempted to file a police report after reading these other reviews.

(Also, and this might be a ‘minor’ detail, but even on here, the poor English should be a huge red flag that Aria Voss is not a legitimate company.)

Completely different fabric than advertised. Extremely cheap quality. Trying to return bathing suit, but no communication from Customer Service. Do not order from this company.

Very bad customer service. Don’t believe anything they say. It says free returns but it is all a lie! I bought a swim suit that did not fit well so I wanted to return it.

The customer service person, Amelia, tried to talk me out of it and said to take a store credit instead. I did not want a store credit and told her that I would mail it back. It costs me US$17 to mail it back and I sent her a proof of postage but did it get my refund!

It is such a scam!!! Typical Chinese companies with nothing but lies and scams. DO NOT abut from this company!

I cancelled my order by email almost 10 minutes after I placed my order. It has now been over A MONTH! and I have yet to receive any response back on my refund for this canceled order. I would absolutely not order from this company as their customer service is nonexistent if you are having any issues with an order you placed.

I have asked repeatedly for the return address for Aria Voss - I have the Return #'s that were provided to me - but they never supplied the return address so that I could get my refund.

The very first thing is when wrong the swimming suit came in way to late it took like two months for me to receive it.The product is poor quality not even close to be true to size I order size medium in one piece Baiting suit for me it’s not only not fit me I had my13-year-old daughter to Try it on see if it will works for her So I don’t have to go through this painful process to trying to return. It was also way too small for my 13-year-old child. This swimming suit way too small especially in the torso for both of us my 13 year old and I. It’s literally way it made like it was billed for five-year-oldear-old child or for a little people. It’s so disappointing I’m out of $60.
And 14 day return policy is ridiculous specially the demands you guys have in order for us to return the product original packaging Email the picture to you For return approval with no email address attached to it.
And talking about original packaging lol The baiting suit came in literally in a Ziploc bag.
So by the time you go through this difficult return process waiting for people to respond to you...you are quickly ran out your 14 days return. The product comes from China. My advice to future shoppers read the return policy carefully before you purchase anything and product nothing what is look like on the picture very poor quality Size wise I can’t even suggest to go 2 or 3 sizes up because this product literally made for a little tiny people with short torsos. All in capitals letters!!! Stay away from this website!!! You literally throwing your money away because you will never see a refund back!!!

I want my money back. Why it’s takes so long to deliver the swimsuits. I just want my money back.

Overall great! A lot of styles to choose from.
Price is a bit higher than other bikini websites(same style with higher price, found out after placed my order).
Technical issue: when I added an item to my shopping cart, hit continue shopping, it redirected to the top of page, it didn't take me to where I was. So, I needed to scroll all the way down.

I ordered a swimsuit in February 2018 wanting it for Spring Break and it never arrived. First they tried to say my package got lost, then I agreed for them to send me another one and it got lost too??????
It took me until October 2018 and COUNTLESS threatening emails to get a refund.

Very bad experience with Aria Voss. I ordered a bath suit in March 2018, we are in Ictober 2018 and it has not arrived yet. They took the money from my credit card. It is a fake company.

I wish there was a negative star raiting. This whole website is a fraud. Do not order from here because you will not receive anything. I doubt they even have a product wearhouse. They need to be reported to the better business Bureau.
