It is clearly a scam. The technician charged 90 + 38 (128 Euros) just to do nothing and inform that the machine needs to changed. I can see from other reviews that they are doing this as a habit and scamming people
We have asked for a service to fix our washing machine. The technician came to our house, checked the machine and figured out a problem which is of course costs cca.300 EUR as they identified a huge issue, they have to order spare parts as well. After 2 weeks they were just promising to come, lying!!, answer is they are sick, someone will replace, then no answer, no appointment. Completely fraud, cheating company, DO NOT CALL THEM!!!AVOID these people
