Broken belt, still waiting on customer service for refund
My beautiful Chanel pearl belt arrived broken and in pieces. I’m still waiting to hear back from customer service regarding a refund especially including the tariffs. This whole experience has been stressful and frustrating. I will never order again.

Great bag, but shipping impacted the experience
I purchased another LV bag from this store and am very happy with the item itself. The condition was even better than I expected.
I`ve ordered from them before and had a smooth experience with the delivery with Posten/Bring. This time UPS appeared as the fastest option, so I selected it. Unforunately, the delivery experience was disappointing and significantly impacted the overall impression of the purchase.
For a high-value item from a store like this, the shipping experience is part of the total package. While the product was outstanding, the delivery process is the reason for the 4-star rating.
I would shop here again, but I would definitely choose a different shipping option next time.

Beautiful bag, customer service could be better/faster
The bag is really beautiful and looks exactly like in the pictures. Shipping to Germany took about one week.
Unfortunately, customer service availability could be improved. My order was not processed for several days, which made me worry at first. Responses via live chat and email often take quite a long time, which is disappointing — especially when a live chat option is offered.
Nevertheless, I would order from this shop again. They have a great selection and generally fair prices.
