Same scenario as a handful of others leaving reviews! Immediately get tracking for a shipping label that hasn’t moved in a week and also reached out to every email they list on the site with no response, they don’t answer phone calls. Highly unimpressed! Not a small order by any means either. Hey Founder let’s see what you have to say about this one!
11 days, email confirmation that Ares gave the package to DHL, DHL told me they never received anything other than the electronic label. And no other updates since then. Emailed them 2 times and never got answered. Personally I won't buy from them again nor recommend them. I would stay away from them if anyone reading this.
Order: AR-10445
3 weeks later and the tracking email still says the item has not been taken to the USPS. My best guess with all the new hype in peptides is that they are either too short handed or this is not a real business. Hopefully I can get my money back. Order# AR-10284

This review is based off my personal first hand experience. At first glance their website looks legit and professional. Once you dig in more you realize it’s anything but legit, COAs do not exist and nothing can be verified.
I placed an order and received a vial that nowhere near resembles the vial depicted on their website. Their site shows their vials with expiration dates and batch numbers. My vial only had a QR code. When scanned, brings you to a COA look up on their site. You enter the batch number to get COA, but my vial and order confirmation doesn’t list the batch number anywhere. The only batch number I could find was listed on the product page on their site. Even when I entered that, no COAs pulled up. So even though the product page shows “COAs available”, when I went through the steps, no COAs pulled up.
When I contacted Area research lab through multiple emails, they said they would provide COAs and admitted they are in the process of changing their depictions on their site to more closely resemble what they ship out. They claimed their batch numbers and COAs “live digitally” on their site. Basically there is no way to match your vial to their batch numbers or their COAs and they can change them whenever they want. I’m still waiting to receive COAs from them and it’s been 2 weeks. Like I said though, even if they do produce a bogus COA, there is nothing to trace the COA to the vial I received other than their word…. Which at the moment holds no weight. I even asked for a refund due to false advertising and not producing COAs. They said they could not give a refund bc once the product ships they can no longer verify the contents….. which is kind of hilarious….. since they shipped me a vial I can’t verify.
Bottom line is, I would stay clear of Ares Research Lab. Don’t waste your time or money.

Reached out to the owner on TikTok. He was very rude and snarky. Terrible experience

Was scared at first cause thought they gave me the wrong product but they gave me a better deal with my vials. Shipping does take very long but reality be patient

Nasal spray bottle seemed to be a bottle that already had a label on it, peeled off, and a new one put on. Doesn’t give me confidence it hasn’t been used for something else.
