Thank you Richard for sorting out our code 9 error on our Thetford fridge, we live in New Zealand and came across your company after googling the fault. Local caravan repairers quoted us $2700 for a replacement.

After our regular motorhome service agents were unable to fix the code 9 error on our Thetford N97 fridge I contacted Premier Tech Services. After an extremely helpful phone conversation I packaged up the faulty PCB and sent it off to them. I was contacted to let me know the package had arrived and given an estimate for completion of the work. 2 days later I was contacted again to say that the work had been completed and the board was being returned. The whole process took 7 days. I can highly recommend this company, their communications were first rate and the service excellent, and I now have a fully working motorhome fridge.

Could not be more helpful. Over the phone they said they could test the pcb but from experience probably couldn’t fix it. They were correct but at least I knew what the fault was and as they didn’t fix it they only charged for postage. Will not hesitate to use again if ever needed.

Repaired my combustion fan on caravan combi boiler in very quick time. Excellent service, would definately recommend the company.

Great service! Sent Thetford fridge pcb for repair as the fridge would not work on mains power. (A power surge had blown several components). We received notification, the following day, that the repair had been successfully completed.
As Thetford, in their wisdom, have now discontinued manufacturing replacement boards for this model fridge (N97) this was our only hope of retaining our, otherwise excellent condition, appliance, the only other option being, to replace the fridge, at great expense, or manage, using gas power only which was far from ideal. The team at Premier Tech Services Ltd saved the day and were helpful and willing to answer any queries over the telephone. Fabulous result.

Given that Truma no longer make or supply spare parts, I thought I was stuck with a replacement Truma (or other) combi boiler on our 2005 Burstner Delphin motorhome. Quoted £2,500. HOWEVER, Premiere Tech Services Ltd fixed the boiler in an hour, much to my delight. Admittedly, I had to remove the old boiler and re install and travel 2 hours each way, but a small price to pay for a motorhome without heating or hot water. Thank you Richard "the wizard".

On our last trip of 2024, a fan in our 20 year old Truma started getting noisy and finally there was what sounded like a small explosion. I determined it was the combustion fan and knowing that parts for the C3402 are now obsolete I had visions of a very expensive replacement. Fortunately I came across A&R. I got the fan to Richard who quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Very many thanks.

Our caravan motor mover was not working reliably, and A&R repaired it. It was much better, but over the season got unreliable again. I sent the board back after 6 months - but they couldn’t see the fault - and so sent me a replacement from stock for no extra charge. It now seems to be absolutely fine. I’m very pleased.

Excellent from start to finish. Truma 3402 combi fault. Diagnosed the problem over the phone. Combustion fan issue. Sent in for repair, was back in one week fixed. All working well now. A life saver!

The service was excellent, posted my truma combustion fan on the Friday, and received a text the next day saying it had been tested and repaired. The fan was back hands in 4 days.
