I ordered sandals that looks nice online, but when I received them, they were very cheaply made and cheaply packaged. I then tried to return them. They required a video of what was wrong with them. I straight out told them that the product does not meet my expectations and that they are very cheaply made. I now have not heard back from anyone regarding being able to return them. This is a very shady company and they will not let you return items that you do not like.

DO NOT USE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!

THOSE WHO READ THIS TOO LATE AND HAVE ALREADY ORDERED! SEND AN EMAIL REQUESTING A REFUND AND DEMANDING THEY RESPOND WITHIN 5 DAYS BEFIRE REQUESTING IT FROM TGE POINT OF PURCHASE.

I DID AND THEY ANSWERED QUICKLY AND REFUNDED ME AFTER IGNORING MY EMAILS FOR WEEKS.

IF THEY DON'T RESPOND, CLAIM IT BACK FROM YOUR BANK, CREDIT CARD, KLARNA OR PAYPAL AND ATTACH THE EMAILS AS EVIDENCED.

YOU'LL GET YOUR MONEY BACK THAT WAY! GOOD LUCK AND I HOPE THIS MESSAGE HELPED 💪

Do not purchase from this company. My item has not arrived and they have not issued a refund. total scam and i will be reporting them to all outlets.

This company are scammers and frauds. They will send your inferior,incorrect product, lie about it then lie about lying.

Dress ordered did not resemble advertised product. Complete radio silence when I tried to contact for return. Feels like a scam.

My wife thought she had purchased a beautiful cardigan for our daughter from a Sydney retailer for her birthday on sale 50% marked down to $85.00
It came direct from China
Absolute garbage
Stay right away
Impossible to deal with
But thankfully PayPal got our money back

If there was a zero star option I would choose that. The blazers I purchased were absolute rubbish, nothing like the photos. Wish I knew about Trust pilot sooner.

How are we going to proceed with stopping this Scam? Too many people have been " ripped off".

Absolute cheap Quality and Dodgy Customer service.
Site states Ardor Sydney but Items shipped out of China. We ordered a dress 3 weeks before Christmas for a present. Shipping stated 6 to 9 days shipping.
It was deliver a week after Christmas.
When I contacted them on many occasions they eventually offered a free credit for the original price.
It is now the 20th of February and I have received emails stating a store credit is setup.
Wow It never showed up on the site so it was useless. I sent them many more emails with no real remedy.
They then sent me what looked like a gift card. But there site has nowhere to use a gift Card.
I asked them about this but no response.
It’s a deceiving set up A Sydney on line store that ships from China.
Stay clear folks.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
TOTAL SCAM! Bought a dress of the poorest quality. “Ardor Sydney” is in China. They will use any excuse not to honor the refund. Followed all the instructions for returning the item to China. Package came back a month later refused/unclaimed. Sent photos of this asking for the refund. They say that I am now “out of the 30 days” window for a refund. Don’t let them take your hard earned money! Will make it my mission to alert people on all reviews platforms and will also write to the Chinese Consulate. Will keep you posted

Oh my god I wish I’d seen the reviews I feel like a fool absolutely disgusting products nothing like the pics the fabric is disgusting the fit is terrible the items look nothing like the pics. The products took ages to come over a month so I thought I’d lost my money but really it was no point receiving them they are garbage . Had to put a star to be able to list the review no stars at all. More fool me what a scam

Ordered 4 items, 2 of which I was advised were not in stock so was offered different product which I accepted.

2 items turned up which were not as illustrated on the website and the quality is questionable to say the least.

Have queried where the remaining items are and have had no response.

Shame you can’t give a zero rating. Totally unethical company based overseas. Tried to purchase shoes only to be told they’re not available so I asked for a refund. They will not give a refund and won’t answer emails

This company is, like every other review states, a total scam. Never buy a product from this company. Their reviews are fake. Their items are fake. They charge expensive prices for cheap items. And then when you get the items and see that they are fake nothing like the photo on their website they say that they will gladly refund the money but you have to post the goods back to China. Which costs a lot of money. Fortunately I bought my items through Paypal and I lodged a dispute. I did have to post the items back to China but then I got a full refund, and whilst it irks me that it cost me $50 in postage I get a great deal of pleasure out of knowing that I got a full refund of my purchase (less postage) and they got nothing, zip, zero. I am annoyed with Paypal for allowing a company to use their platform. When they say that they protect the buyer when they don’t. They should no longer let this company use Paypal as people trust PayPal and feel secure in buying through PayPal. But through it all at the end of the day they don’t have your back fully.

I would give zero stars if it was an option.
Did not receive parcel and no response from email.
Its a scam! DO NOT USE this website, also the product pictures are taken of other websites and they attempt to cooy them.

Worst company ever - PLEASE DO NOT ISE. My experience is exactly the same as Sandra below. Cheap nasty clothing from China. I sent my dress back and it has arrived in China & gone through customs and I’m still waiting for my refund. Very dodgy company.

The worst experience ever. Cheap nasty clothing from China, it has been over 2 months when i sent goods back and had it tracked showing it has gone through customs and they are saying they haven’t received it. They are scam merchants would advise to steer clear of them.

The most despicable company I have ever had the displeasure of purchasing through. Send out shoddy knock off from China, then offer pathetic refunds to keep the product (which is fine if you need rags to clean your car)... all the while knowing that their return policies to China mean that the rags will be stopped at customs, you'll be out of pocket for the return and then the 30 days have passed so they tell you back luck!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!

Ordered and paid for a dress. A week later still hadn't received info on shipping. I contacted them, and was advised the dress was out of stock. No refund given. No item recieved. Ardor simply stole from me.
