Almost a year ago, I placed an order for 4 padel rackets, a racket bag, and sportswear to test the products before potentially ordering in bulk.
Things started off well; Muhammad Asad guided me through the process and answered my questions.
Towards the end, I began to have doubts when he asked me to pay via Western Union—specifically as a payment to a friend—claiming it was better for them.
Immediately after making the payment, I stopped receiving any response. I managed to speak with other employees, such as Waheed (the manager at Ardila Sports), but he soon stopped replying as well.
It has been nearly a year; no one answers, and I haven't been refunded. It is a TOTAL SCAM.
I posted negative comments explaining the situation, and they asked me to delete them, promising to resolve the issue. That didn't happen; they stopped replying. I have proposed various solutions, but they remain unresponsive, so I am going to take serious legal action and leave negative reviews.
If you think this won't happen to you—I thought the same thing. There are better manufacturers who actually deliver and don't run scams; do not buy from here or anything related to Ardila Sports.
