No help whats so ever just tell you they can't help and to go and look at forms. Never think that someone might be having serious difficulty. Refuse to give any letter and then ask for a review. What a cheek

This university has been great for me, as a mature student needing help juggling childcare, my neurodivergence and my child’s neurodivergence, going back to university would have been impossible without the support of the staff from Arden University Leeds. Special thanks to the student support team and Freddy for the help.

I recently contacted the Student Support team regarding my timetable and medical situation. Although our communication was via email, the response was clear, professional and understanding.
Lily took the time to explain the process and next steps, and I felt supported during what can be a stressful time at the start of university. I appreciate the helpful and respectful communication.

Today I interacted with Summayyah. She is brilliant, very skilled, friendly and efficient. Problem solved in 5 minutes and all the questions were answered in a professional manner.

They withdrew me from course because I field my assessment and they talk me to apply for different university I try many different universities and they won’t accept me because of my credit score I’m trying to appeal again

Thank you for your support and for responding promptly. I appreciate the help and the clarifications I received.

No support with wellbeing. I have a health condition and there is no help or support what so ever. Really disappointed. Would not recommend if you have any mental or physical health issues. Even if you are up to date and passed all your assignments still wanted to be present when in pain. The wellbeing team was no help whatever no point them having a wellbeing team

Freddie was really kind and helpful and help me resolved the timetable.I had issues with the morning lessons due to my work as well and I found a quiet challenging attending to lessons and he straight away answered to my email and send me a form to complete and he informed me that by Monday next week I will definitely receive a notice about the form being approved or not.

I had a discussion with Freddie. He was very supportive and helpful. I had all the help and information I needed; I have been given all info I needed. I wish all people working in student support to be as good as Freddie.
