Required fast response on emergency hire due to our machine had stopped working while onsite to far away from our own workshop. Was collecting a machine from Arc within 20 minutes of making the phone call. Great service.
Spoke to Claire in the office initially about a hire set I required, she informed me I'd be much better informed to speak to one of the engineers, chris took my details about the job I was doing an informed me on what would be the best process, Mig on this occasion, very informative he was, Claire enquired about me being a new customer took all my details I was able to collect the machine the very next morning very fast happy for the help along the way!
