Contattati tramite mail e whatsapp per verificare la compatibilità di un ricambio e non mi hanno mai risposto.
Ho poi acquistato lo stesso il ricambio e mi arrivato arrugginito.

Pessimo servizio!
Pessimo servizio!! Intervento il 15 dicembre costato 240 euro attendo ancora la fattura dopo 2 mesi. Dopo pochi giorni la stufa presenta nuovamente problemi. Intervento 15 gennaio dando la colpa al pellet (impossibile pellet certificato di 4 Marche diverse). Chiesto 50 euro per l uscita che mi sono rifiutato di pagare, programmando altro intervento il 6 febbraio ma non si è presentato nessuno e neppure hanno avvisato. VERGOGNOSO! STATE LONTANI

Scorretti nei prezzi e qualità del servizio
Il tecnico per cambiare la candeletta ha rotto il supporto
Inizialmente è riuscito a farmela su e farmi credere che sia stato il calore, poi ho ragionato
Come faceva ad andare prima allora se era scentrato?
Poi al telefono mi avevano detto ‘ti faremo sapere un prezzo di favore perché è appena venuto a pulirtela ecc’
Mai avuto sto prezzo di favore, arriva il tecnico e 160 senza fattura sennò più iva, alla faccia dello sconto! Anzi a leggere in giro è pure alto
Lasciateli proprio perdere e andate da altri
