From start to finish ordering and personalising this watch was so simple and the finished product is beautiful. I ordered for my partners 50th and he absolutely loved it. Very stunning watch and the personalisation gives it that unique touch. Would definitely recommend.

Delivery speed not so good
The delivery was slow by today's standards.
And my online payment went to a name not mentioned in the vendor's script, which did cause me some concern.
But yes, the watch is understated in design yet delightful.

Hi Brian, thanks for the feedback. Regarding the delivery, I see you placed the order on the 18th November at 8:59am. I engraved and dispatched the watch the same day at 9:43am (44 minutes after ordered). Looking at the tracking, Royal Mail should have delivered it on the 21st of November, however for some reason delivered it on 22nd of November. I appreciate this is not the fastest but glad you received the watch & I'm happy you are delighted with it :-)
