Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I ordered a hat that was delivered damaged. I asked for a return and was offered $2 compensation. Demanded full refund of $22.38 and was refunded $4 for shipping only. Very poor quality and terrible service!
This company is a scam
This company is a scam. 3 months after ordering, the socks came from some 3rd party shipper. You order a knitted sock, you get a screen printed piece of junk. I didn't get my complete order and they said to check again as their warehouse confirmed the order was complete. Companies like this need to be shut down.
Ordered items on Oct 5
Ordered items on Oct 5 . After getting Paypal involved , I received Dec 23. Tracking showed it left the warehouse and was in US Import distribution center It never moves from there. No new communication.
Would not buy from again.
I ordered five pairs of animal socks…
I ordered five pairs of animal socks they took 13 weeks to arrive, one pair were a replacement and not what I ordered and another pair were made of thin cotton and not 3D Knit as described. All my correspondence with them was crass and unsympathetic. DO NOT use this company they are truly awful if you do then you're fools.
Oh I wish I had seen the other reviews…
Oh I wish I had seen the other reviews before I ordered the Christmas socks. Like others, I ordered in good time for Christmas, on 1st October 2025, and the last I heard they had cleared customs and were in the UK - in fact in Lincoln. However after complaining back to the company, they sent me a new tracking order, and instead of these socks being made in Dallas USA, they are being shipped from Wuhan in China, and according to the last tracking email, hadnt even left that country. The last thing I need is a delivery from Wuhan. I keep complaining and asking for my money back, but they are just arguing that my order is definitely on its way. I spent $75.65 on this order and have nothing in return. This company is an asbolute sham, and no-one should use it ever again.
Architecturm
Architecturm. Com absolutely stinks. I ordered eagle socks and finally, after 4 months, received socks that look like a raccoon I guess. Not what I paid for and I want my money back. Very angry
If I could have given my experience…
If I could have given my experience without a star, I would have. I ordered the raccoon socks for a friend in October. I got regular shipping notices for a couple of weeks and then nothing. I emailed the company, they assured me that they would re-ship and was apologetic for not receiving the item. Now, I look on the internet and can't find a page for them. Also, can't find the original page I went to in the beginning. I would venture to say there is no such company as Architecturm, You can find the socks through walmart and temu and another one I can't remember, but, also remember these are third party vendors. Amazon has them by what I saw 2-3 different vendors. I can't get it for Chistmas but going ahead and ordering for a January delivery. This Architecturm was a scam and copied all the ads. I wish I had investigated first.
This company is simply taking your money and you never receive anything
I have ordered some items from this company, but have not received them. They send elaborate tracking lists (twice) but the goods never arrived. Don't buy anything from this company
Socks delivered eventually.
I ordered a pair of socks on the 1 October 25, using their tracking number the socks were delivered to a house in Belfast, I live in Cornwall. I chased them they said they would send another pair. I have chased four or five times since and I get fobbed off with transport sometimes takes a long time because of the weather etc. The socks turned up the day after I wrote this review, took 2 months but they are nice socks just in time for Christmas. Thanks
Do not trust this company!!
Do not trust this company!!
Ordered item early Oct., as of today have not received it. Would that I had read the reviews from Trustpilot before ordering.
Just read that the whole company is a scam!
SCAM, do not use
CON, STAY AWAY, they advertise beautiful baubles with faux animals or birds inside for the Christmas tree, when they eventually get here they are small plastic balls with PICTURES in them, i was expecting a little stuffed robin i got a plactic picture and they refuse to refund me
Scam company
Scam company. Never received socks. Ordered October 3. Tracking information supplied has shown socks in Detroit for one month. Company will not resolve issue or cancel order.
Product did not arrive
Product did not arrive, just false notifications about it being out for delivery. Been 2 months now and I'm chasing a refund. Avoid these scanners at all cost!
architecturm is a scam
I ordered their socks in Oct and they sent me false tracking numbers showing it was shipped. First it was stuck in Germany. Then stuck in the USA. When I complained that it hadn't arrived last week, they said wait another week. Then they gave me a new tracking number saying it was shipped from China yesterday and I couldn't get a refund. Beware. They will lie
Update from last review....
Update from last review....
Well, finally package arrived over 8 weeks and looking at the posting date it was not posted until 4 weeks after purchase...
Now onto the item... MMmmmm - Really Not good,
i order sloth socks which were supposed to be hand made knitted sloth with socks - what i got was a pair of beige socks with a felt sloth teddy crudely stitched to the sock.
I cant seem to add a picture to review...
Not a complete scam, but still no socks!
Not a complete scam! Ordered on 4th October, given very precise tracking information which stopped on 1st November when, having supposedly cleared UK customs, my socks were in Oxford, where they apparently are still. I complained to Architecturm on 1st December and only then read the terrible reviews and thought I'd been scammed. I did receive an apology from them, but didn't hold out much hope, however, as promised, I received a refund on 7th December.
Please take the time to read this before you order
⁷Sadly this is not a great read, the products look great in the pictures.
Items ordered on 4 October for a birthday at the end of November. Shipment (if it happened) appeared to ship from overseas to Cambridge then not move. Whilst hastening this I am repeatedly told to ‘be patient’. Eventually the company say they will despatch a fresh order as they cannot trace it, after 2 week still absolutely no shipping details to trace, again I am told to ‘be patient’. More than 2 weeks after the birthday they were required for I firmly state I want a full and immediate refund – in fairness this is the only thing that has happened promptly and without argument. But (suspiciously) there was no mention of ‘please return’ or ‘there are now two orders heading your way’, or, an apology … this really makes me wonder if the items actually exist and ever got despatched? (Certainly, nothing received and no tracing information to suggest it will.)
If you order from this company please be careful and ensure you follow through, to me there are many red flags (in hindsight).
Ordered sloth socks in early October
Ordered sloth socks in early October, they never arrived. I attempted to track my order on their Site, but it would not work, I called my credit card company and had them reverse the charge.
Actually zero stars - Scam Rating
Actually zero stars, but one seems to be the minimum. Ordered socks September 28. They use a "never heard of you before" tracking mechanism. That was the first "oh, oh" moment for me. Tracking showed them getting through customs and getting to Nashville, but there the status updates stopped. Emailed customer service who apologized and said they would reship. Another month went by and no notifications of shipping, no tracking, nothing but crickets. Filed a dispute with Visa. Interestingly enough Visa did NOT do the usual provisional credit, but went straight to a resolved status with a credit to my account.
If I could I would give this a zero
If I could I would give this a zero. Complete SCAM!!!! I ordered 4 pairs of socks on Oct 4th. Received the usual tracking info. As of Oct 30th it has been supposedly stalled in Denver. I emailed the company. At first they seemed concerned and said they would resend the order. I never received a new tracking number. Multiple emails were sent. Responses come saying be patient. Requested a refund telling them my patience has run out and they refuse still telling me to be patient. Unfortunately several people will not receive this as a Christmas present. Stay away unless you want your money stolen by low life scammers.
