One of the three shutter sets I ordered was shipped incorrectly. Despite it being over a month and several follow-up emails, the issue remains unresolved. I have now been informed that production for the replacement shutter is still more than a week away. While the shutters themselves are of acceptable quality, the customer service experience has been extremely disappointing.

Good quality, best price, was available right away, good communication and quick shipping.

It's a beautiful product! All the tiles were square and level. Suggestion for installation: Take time to plan well. Measure, measure, measure!

My piece that I ordered was damaged in transit to my location I was able to still use it as I repaired the damaged area with some glue and touch up but anyway.

I purchased shutters last year to replace my 20 year old shutters that had faded badly from exposure to the sun. I replaced the upstairs shutters. This spring I replaced the downstairs.
Both times the prices were great. Shipping was fast and free. No problems whatsoever.

The shutters I purchased arrived quickly within four days, but had a couple of wrong sized shutters. The customer service team immediately sent the correct sized shutters. The quality is excellent and I’d definitely recommend them and Architectural Depot to anyone. There was an 8-12 week lead time with Lowe’s and Home Depot for similar shutters.

First, DO NOT PAY FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING! You order will not arrive on time because according to Architectural Depot, the shipping time starts "when the carrier picks up the package" in my case 4 days after I paid for 2 fay shipping. I ordered my items on 14 June, they were delivered on 20 June, too late for the project and here it is 1 July, the items are still traveling around with FedEx and Architectural Depot is refusing to refund my money until the items get back to them. As I was NOT the shipper FedEx won't tell me anything and Architectural Depot wont check. I do not recommend this company. UPDATE- After several phone calls and a lot of aggravations they finally refunded my full purchase price, including the two day shipping fee.
