Got effectively scammed by Archimetrics…

Got effectively scammed by Archimetrics Limited - a seemingly reputable moisture testing company for old buildings, as they provided incorrect research, which delayed our project. They even partner with SPAB but provided a completely flawed and incorrect report for our cottage renovation about the modelling method used for the particular wall type (the wrong one was used, a problem occurred so they used an incorrect method and data). It was a huge charge, for a report where they would not answer one or two simple questions over email, or even do a call to go through the report. This is extortion and mistreatment.
