It is true, most reviews tend to be negative because we want to vent frustration of a bad experience. To be fair I have bought from them before and had no issues. However, I have now had the bad experience that they won’t resolve and everybody needs to be made aware who they are dealing with.
I ordered some vitamins that were short dated, meaning they are best before 8 months from date of purchase. There are 365 tablets, one for each day. How can these be used in 8 months when they should last one year?
Obviously, I emailed, filled in their online form and called. No answer, no response, no call-back.
I do not recommend you buy anything from these people.

The order arrived tracked 48 hours,
However, when the order arrives it was not what I ordered,
I phoned the company and was told to ring back in 72 hours while they contact Royal mail,!!
I rang back in 72 hours and they asked me to take photo's of the box/item, so i did, after waiting 3 hours i phoned them back and they state they did not send that item to me, but sent the item i paid for,

After screaming blue murder at them they are not willing to send me the correct item i paid for or return my money...
Have reported to authority's, surgest stay far far away from this comapny......
