3 Bedroom Flat Renovation
We had an excellent experience with this contractor, who completely transformed our 3-bedroom flat, which was originally in a very poor and tired condition.
The work was much more than just a renovation. They removed all the old skirting boards, stripped the wallpaper using steam, skimmed and prepared the walls, and carried out the painting and finishing to a very high standard. They also helped with the overall design, including 3D bedroom layouts and decoration ideas, which made it much easier for us to visualise the finished property.
They also took care of sourcing and buying furniture from IKEA and other retailers, arranged the lighting throughout the property, and carried out the necessary gas safety checks. Having everything coordinated by one contractor made the entire process far less stressful.
The transformation was genuinely impressive. The flat went from being in a very poor state to looking modern, attractive and ready to live in. The quality of the work and attention to detail made a huge difference, and we believe the renovation contributed to increasing the property's value by around £170,000.
