1. No company registration found.
2. No real person to talk too. No Phone number. Ask for sales pitch or representative to talk too.. none.
3. Physical address mentioned on website is false. It points to arbberhad.com. ( see others reporting on this).
4. Legal communication do not have any person name, email or contact number. ( Do not get threatened by legal notice, just google the address it has).
5. mobile app not hosted on Android play store.
6. Customer service representative have no names, emails are never signed by any representatives.
7. All financial transactions via crypto, no direct banking channel available.
8. Website SSL certificate issued name is not to arbshop.com domain ( no identity confirmation)

Ask online customer service for this information and you will not get any answers.

They run things one-way, the process are defined by them, and you have no say. Seller agreement is vague and has no actual details, you find out as you encounter the issues.

I just got scammed on an international shopping site - arbshop.com (referred as ARB Berhad group scam company) and lost some money for me.

# How I was tricked:
- I know through a friend on facebook dating, this person is quite rich and has a lot of free time as a seller on this site.
- I actively register as a seller for this site - seller.

# How I work as a seller:
- Register as a seller with a 2-sided ID photo and some other info.
- The seller is granted his own store. Then configures name, banner, external wallet address, selects products in the library with all categories, updates price to sell. I count ~30,300 products, each product has image info, price, description.
- Website to pay with crypto USDT, merchant to deposit into dynamic store wallet.
- When there is an order, the seller must pay for the process order, that amount will be pending for 10 to 14 days, and when the order is completed (the user has received the goods and paid) the seller will enjoy the commission amount (maximum). 30%)

# There are some inconsistencies I noticed:
- There is no info on the internet that ARB Shop is the son of ARB Berhad.
- Customers' orders are always wholesale, ordering a few 100 to 1000 products even though the homepage does not mention this.
- The orders come in continuously even though I set the highest product price (increasing the product price by 30%), a single $2k can get 30% commission upto ~$600 is normal. With the full amount of waiting 10-14 days for each order to be refunded, and the cost of each order from $2k - $7k (my orders), the amount to process the order out without having to cancel The menu is extremely large, when every day there are several orders.
- If cancel an order, it will reduce "credit store" points, and it is relative, there is no specific number of how many orders to cancel for how long, 1 point will be deducted. By default, this credit score is 100 (maximum), if this score is not enough, it will not be able to withdraw money from the store wallet. To increase 1 credit point, you must process 5 more orders. This will make you no longer have the opportunity to withdraw money if the order comes in continuously, some customers even told me to order a $100k order. Especially these are not mentioned in the original terms for the seller.
- The withdrawal must always be approved by someone, and as mentioned above it depends on the store's credit score.
- When I first joined as a seller, the shop also sent a person to support me via telegran. This person introduced herself in Thailand, is also a seller with a large store on ARB Shop and is paid to advise me daily if I have questions, and finally she suggested to me to borrow money to apply. add to store wallet.

It IS a scam website. Thankfully I did a background check on it before putting any money in it. It’s already listed on GASO (global anti scam organisation) as a scam and a fake dropshipping website. Please be careful there’s no free lunch in this world, u don’t expect to earn profits just putting your money and list products and everything else gets done for you. It’s common sense.

Some people who can't run their own business well call others a scam. What else can you do if you can't do such a simple business venture and fail

This is a scam website. It is not a drop shipping business. It will only allow you to deposit money but not withdraw. Please do not be scam by them. They will use different domain start with 'arb'
