Was contacted by "blockchain" people

Was contacted by "blockchain" people, saying they have found my funds . Had to use Arbit to send to my Crypto wallet . I tried, but they gave an error code saying I need to pay 3% of the total for anti-money laundering, which sounds too scammy to me, so it's a no-go.

Absolute Scam

Absolute Scam. My account says my wallet is x amount of crypto but won't let me withdraw it until I deposit 10% of my wallet Balance???

What the hell is this? They have no KYC options but tell me to deposit 10% to comply with anti money laundering regulations. I'd give zero stars if I could. My coins are lost forever I guess.

UPDATE: The domain for this exchange is now dead. They removed it from their system and will probably make a new domain of their fake exchange soon. Be aware if you get anything contact wise from these people decline and report to anti fraud agency's.
